HBA’s New Light Directions. After many years of collaboration on a series of projects, a deal was signed between Light Directions and HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) on the 1st of January 2021. HBA’s homegrown lighting design company, Illuminate, has officially joined forces with Light Directions. The merger will be known as Light Directions. Michael Huggins, founder of Light Directions, and his team will be bringing to the table over 30 years of experience and expertise in the field across a wide variety of portfolios. And while tapping into Illuminate’s strong sense of light design for hospitality projects, Light Directions aims to be the leading lighting studio.
